What do you do with my Strava data?

We only read your rides — we never post, edit, or touch anything on your account. Swanny needs your training history to look after you properly. You can disconnect any time and we'll delete everything.

Do I need a power meter?

It helps. Power data unlocks the full experience — rider profiling, limiter detection, structured workouts with targets. Without one, Swanny can still assess your rides and build plans using heart rate and RPE, but the insights won't be as precise.

How is this different from TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu?

Those are analytics tools — they show you charts and expect you to interpret them. Swanny tells you what to do and why, in plain English. It's the difference between a dashboard and someone who actually knows your riding.

How much will it cost?
